Another forceful arrest of an African-American at a Waffle House has sparked controversy — and a boycott of the chain by some. Democratic Congressman Emanuel Cleaver says that those who once suppressed their attitudes are, “now feeling comfortable doing things and saying things that just a couple of years ago would’ve been unthinkable.”
